   All made-to-order and personalized pieces are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless the item is defective or does not reflect the confirmed request.
2. Production Timeline
   Each piece is crafted individually for you. Please allow [4–8 weeks] for completion, depending on the complexity of your request. Timelines are estimates and may vary slightly.
3. Order Review & Confirmation
   Once your request is received, our atelier will review the details. You will receive a confirmation by email with final specifications, lead time, and pricing (if applicable). Production will only begin after your approval.
4. Client Responsibility
   Please ensure that all measurements and personalization details submitted are accurate. We may contact you for clarifications before production begins.
5. Alterations
   Minor alterations may be offered after delivery, subject to feasibility and an additional fee. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Cancellations
   Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation. Beyond this window, your garment enters production and can no longer be altered or canceled.
7. Artisanal Variations
   Each garment is handcrafted. Subtle variations in fabric, texture, or finish are part of its individuality and should be embraced as such.
